The location to the lift is incredible, just steps away! The value for money is unbeatable and the staff, Federico and Natalia, are absolutely outstanding. The rooms were much bigger than expected and the separate bedroom was a fantastic surprise. I would definitely return and highly recommend Gennaro's Pizzeria nearby.

Our stay at Residence Nube D'Argento was excellent. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us. Free parking around the hotel was a real bonus. The location was very convenient for the main lifts, and the ski storage facilities were convenient as well. The apartment was clean and exceeded our expectations in terms of size. The value for money was unrivaled, and we would 100% return. The restaurant recommended by the staff was phenomenal.

The hotel's decoration is charming and warm, with cozy common areas where you can relax and unwind. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. There were no steep stairs to climb, and the lift was just a short distance away from the door. It made getting around so much easier and convenient for me.

If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. As the children working there were doing their best, I would have liked to see more support for the needs of senior guests.

We spent Christmas in a hotel that was perfect for skiing, with the ski lifts and rental shops just a few steps away. The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the free parking nearby, which was very convenient. The heat in the hotel was very warm and great for cold winter days!

The self-catering options were limited and the utensils in the room were not enough, which made it difficult to cook anything properly. The ski room was not as secure as we would have liked, as it was a communal area and often left unlocked.
